Chris is the Managing Director of Create and Prosper and has over 25 years financial services experience. Chris is a Chartered Financial Planner and Pension Transfer Specialist, holding the G60 pension qualification. He is also an approved exam marker for The Chartered Insurance Institute. In his spare time Chris enjoys golfing, socialising and coaching a local football team.

Jack is a Financial Adviser with over 20 years’ experience as a Wealth Manager in Private Banking he specialises in Wealth Creation, Investments, Pensions and Inheritance Tax Planning. Jack is a qualified Ski Instructor, having coached in the Austrian Alps. In his spare time he enjoys reading, spending time with his family and playing golf.

John is an experienced operations manager, with over 30 years' experience in various financial services organisations around the world. He was previously Head of Operations at First State International and was a director of another IFA firm prior to joining Create and Prosper. Outside of work, John enjoys golf, coaching Kirkcaldy FC under 18’s and supporting his local team – Raith Rovers FC.

Robert is a Financial Planner with over 33 years' experience in financial planning. Robert has worked for a number of financial advisers throughout his career and having joined the team in 2017 and brings a wealth of experience. Robert specialises in the needs of older people and the later life market and is an Accredited member of the Society of Later Life Advisers (SOLLA). Robert enjoys running & keeping fit, cooking and travelling in his spare time. He is also an active member of Burntisland & Kinghorn Rotary club, a worldwide organisation that raises funds to help local, national and international charities and good causes. Robert takes a great deal of satisfaction out of assisting with the valuable fundraising and charitable work carried out by Rotary.

Jennifer has worked in Financial Services for over 30 years, and joined Create and Prosper in 2019 following the acquisition of another local financial adviser where she had 17 years’ experience, having previously also worked for Standard Life. In her spare time she enjoys reading, walking, TV quiz shows and current affairs as well as spending time with family and friends.

Howard has been working in financial services for over 25 years now, as a Senior Paraplanner since 2010, dealing with high net wealth clients and more complicated planning issues, and has worked for both independent large and small client bank practices, originally from one of the larger mutual societies. Previously served with the British Army and enjoys walking, cooking and watching sport in his spare time.

John joined Create and Prosper in 2022, having previously worked for a large retail company as a manager following his graduation from the University of St Andrews in 2018. John has completed his Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and is currently working within the paraplanning team. In his spare time, he enjoys going to the gym and watching sport.

Jen leads the client services team, responsible for the administration function of the business. She joined Create and Prosper in May 2018 and has over 30 years customer service experience and has previously worked for various firms, gaining experience in investment operations, PA and IFA support roles. In her spare time, she enjoys walking her dog, reading and socialising with family and friends.

Yvonne joined Create and Prosper in 2019, following the acquisition of another local adviser firm, and has almost 20 years’ experience in Financial Services. Prior to working for IFA firms, Yvonne worked for Aegon dealing with workplace pension schemes. She is currently studying towards the Certificate in Financial Services. Outside of work, Yvonne enjoys spending time with family and socialising with friends.
